I provide a free 15-minute consultation for prospective clients. This conversation offers an opportunity to discuss your goals for therapy, learn more about my approach, and determine whether we would work well together before scheduling an initial appointment.
You do not need to prepare anything special for the intake session— simply come as your are. Our first virtual session will focus on understanding your concerns, discussing your personal history, and identifying goals for therapy. We’ll also review the telehealth process, answer any questions you may have, and begin establishing a plan for our work together.
Therapy is more than discussing problems — it’s an opportunity to gain insight, strengthen resilience, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Through regular sessions, we’ll work together to build on your strengths, address obstacles, and support meaningful, sustainable growth.
