About Me

A peaceful river flowing through a lush green landscape with trees on both sides, under a partly cloudy sky.

I’m a Counseling Psychologist (PsyD), and I completed my doctorate at Springfield College in Western Massachusetts. Over the course of my training, I trained at The Village for Families & Children in Hartford, CT, and completed my postdoctoral residency at Community Health Center, Inc. in Connecticut. These experiences gave me the opportunity to work with people across the lifespan and from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and lived experiences.

I bring a flexible, collaborative approach to therapy and draw from a variety of evidence-based practice to meet each person where they are. I’m especially interested in understanding the whole person in context — not just symptoms or diagnoses — and working together to find what feels most helpful meaningful for you.

I began my private practice in 2026, and I feel grateful to continue this work in a more personal, one-on-one setting where the therapeutic relationship can really take shape.

Outside of my clinical work, I value having a life that feels grounded and intentional. I enjoy knitting as a way to slow down and stay present, getting lost in a good book, and spending meaningful time with my family. I also love discovering new local restaurants, exploring the food scene in the area, and finding a great cup of coffee along the way — it’s one of my favorite ways to feel connected to a place and a community. These parts of my life help me stay balanced and bring a sense of warmth and presence into my work with clients.
